Marcus Webster has over a decade of experience in a variety of markets within the IT industry, and has both developed, and managed project developments all the way from a small website for a one man band up to a large software development for major international players.

A software consultant on the international scene, Marcus has worked on behalf of such blue chip companies as Adecco, Office Angels, Kirchgruppe, and T-Online ( Deutsche Telekom ). Smaller companies have also benefitted from his experience.

In almost every consultancy role he has undertaken, contracts have been extended multiple times.

A specialist in highly available systems, Marcus has worked on not just the software for major projects but the very infrastructure they rely on to operate. He is currently holds MCP and MCTS:SQL Server 2005 certifications.

Marcus also develops software for in house and client use, with a strong focus on server technology and Windows clusters Marcus has been called upon to assist in major systems for the likes of Deutsche Telekom as well as creating highly stable and fault tolerant systems for MWM Systems Limited themselves.

Marcus has worked on many software systems both thick and thin client - bridging and often combining a variety of languages, always focusing on using the right tool for the job.
