Walter Morris holds an outstanding pedigree in the IT industry. Almost two decades of professional experience in a wide range of vertical markets, along with bespoke software developments, have given him an instinctive grasp of best practice for all areas of software development.

A software consultant on the international scene, Walter Morris has worked on behalf of such blue chip companies as Adecco, Office Angels, Kirchgruppe, and T-Online ( Deutsche Telekom ). Smaller companies have also benefitted from his experience.

In almost every consultancy role he has undertaken, contracts have been extended multiple times.

A specialist in RAD ( Rapid Application Development ), Walter Morris has taken the lead developer role in several international development projects, and consulted on other major projects.

He also develops software for in house and client use, with a strong focus on CMS ( Content Management Systems ), and code generation techniques. He has an intense dislike for repeating previous work, and if there is a way to automate a task, he'll find it. This reduces overall effort, and increases overall quality.

Walter has developed solutions in many programming languages, often creating hybrid solutions, using the best tool for the task at hand. He is currently studying towards a Masters degree in Software Engineering, and holds MCP and MCAD certifications in addition to MCTS:SQL SERVER 2005.

"Once you have a solid grasp of a handful of languages, syntax becomes almost irrelevant. You start to pick up and put down languages as a carpenter would choose between tools.
