Claire is our Company Secretary and Office Manager. Responsible for ensuring deadlines are kept and paperwork is in order, she is kept busy guaranteeing the smooth running of our ever hectic administrative centre. Her experience of running a team of salesmen is vital when handling the ongoing conversations between designers, technical experts and customers – and all with the pressures of time constraints. That said, Claire is happy to tell everybody that her job is great fun (even working with her husband!) and the guys in the office make her role a pleasure. Ever the hostess, she loves welcoming visitors into our centre in Coventry, and makes sure that all of our business partners feel that they can contact us at anytime – for any reason – but especially just to let us know how things are. Claire has the knack of picking up on the subtlest of hints, so potential queries are dealt with well before they become issues – and in an office as busy as ours, this is not always as easy as it sounds!
